About This Site

The origins of all-about-IT.org are fascinating, but right now we're not going to tell you what they are. The site has been developed using a variety of tools, notably the most excellent HTMLkit editor, IncludeHTML and Microsoft FrontPage.

About Us

Who are we? First, note that a diverse bunch of people have been involved in all-about-IT.org since its inception, helping to define its aims and to review the results. Dave, Paula, Andy, Dale, Barry, Carole, Ruth, Roger and everyone else we've forgotten, thanks for all your help so far!

You want specifics? Here's the team:

Jon Collins - Jon's been working in the IT industry for nigh on 14 years now, having spent roughly four years as a programmer, four years running a network and four years as a consultant. Having decided that there is too much going on to tie himself to any one job, for the last two years he has worked as an IT analyst, writer and consultant. Andy Longshaw - Andy is a Principal Technologist with Content Master Ltd., a company which turns information into knowledge and knowledge into understanding.
